New Age Homes is a short term rental (STR) business that provides fully furnished, resort style living for traveling professionals. Our goal is to provide vacation style accommodations for essential workers while away from home. We are currently listed as SuperHosts on Airbnb. It has been a pleasure servicing hundreds of travelers, families, and professionals over the years. We have heard the requests of the consumers and cut out the middle man so that we create affordable rates for our guests through Direct Bookings!!! We have a professional cleaning team that services our homes in between each stay. All of our homes are equipped with all the essentials needed to get started: cookware, coffee stations, dish detergent, laundry detergent, in unit washer/ dryer, dish washer, extra linen and towels, complimentary bath/ body care toiletries, beach towels, and more! All of our homes are located in private gated communities, provide FREE parking (garage, assigned parking space and/or open parking)**. Guests have access to fully loaded amenities: pools, fitness centers, club houses, coffee rooms & more**.
