We currently accept bookings ranging from 14 days to 90 days. All guests are required to sign Rental Agreement prior to checking date. There is a deposit of $250-$500 (depending on length of stay) that will be returned within 30 days of checking out. At this time we DO NOT ALLOW PETS. All guests that will reside in the must be listed on the rental agreement and everyone whose 18 years or older must pass the credit/background check. There is an additional $40 for each assessment that must be submitted prior to booking. All traveling professionals must submit verification of licensure, traveling assignment, and state ID/ drivers license.
